2025 Public-Private Analytic Exchange Program (AEP) – Now Accepting Applications!
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) invite public and private sector analysts that are U.S. Citizens to apply for the 2025 Public-Private Analytic Exchange Program (AEP).
Applicants from federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial government, and private sector organizations are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have an interest and/or demonstrated expertise in at least one of the 2025 topics.
The 2025 AEP topic areas are:
- Evolving Domestic Threats to Data Center Infrastructure
- Quantum Technology for Homeland Security
- Security Implications of Large-Scale Displacement
- Strategies to Track and Address Precursor Chemicals in Illicit Drug Manufacturing
- The Dangers of Unmanned Aircraft Systems
- The Role of Cyber Attacks in Modern Conflicts

DHS also invites you to attend the upcoming AEP Virtual Fall Info Sessions. The info sessions will include a detailed program overview, the importance of the program, the relationships built between the public and private sector, and how to apply.
