MELBOURNE, FL, September 13, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Lucian J. Gandolfo, Ph.D., with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Dr. Gandolfo celebrates many years' experience in his professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

From 2007 to 2013, Rev. Dr. Gandolfo was the Senior Pastor at Trinity Tabernacle of Gravesend in Brooklyn, NY. Overlapping with this role, he was on the Board of Directors at the Elim Bible Institute in Lima, NY, from 2005 to 2013. From 1997 to 2014, he was the national Education Department Director at the Christian Church of North America (CCNA) / International Fellowship of Christian Assemblies (IFCA). From 1996 to 2013, he was a district presbyter, and from 2000 to 2013, the Assistant District Overseer of the Eastern District CCNA/IFCA Presbytery.

In New Jersey, Dr. Gandolfo was the Senior Pastor of the Grace Full Gospel Church in Newark, from 2001 to 2002, and Manager-in-Charge at Guardsmark LLC's New Jersey Branch from 2005 to 2006.

At the Italian Christian Church of Astoria, NY, Dr. Gandolfo was Interim Pastor from 1994 to 1995, an Assistant Pastor from 1991 to 1994, and in various ministries from 1976 to 1995. Additionally, he served as the President of the Eastern District Christ Crusaders youth ministry at the Christian Church of North America from 1988 to 1994.

Before finding his way to full-time ministry, Dr. Gandolfo spent time in law enforcement. He was the Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's White Collar Crime Branch in New York City from 2002 to 2005. In the five years before taking this role, he was the Supervisory Senior Resident Agent with the FBI based in Scranton, PA. Two years prior, he was working as a Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI in Washington, DC. His first professional FBI role was as a Special Agent with the FBI in New Orleans, LA, from 1984 to 1986, and in New York City from 1986 to 1995.

His 1986 FBI transfer from New Orleans to New York was during the time of the American Mob's "Commission Case" prosecution. Agent Gandolfo worked on this famous FBI case prosecuted by U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of New York in Manhattan, Rudolph Giuliani. At this time, the federal RICO Statute was utilized, and the heads of the five New York "La Cosa Nostra" families were convicted. As a result, new LCN hierarchies emerged with leadership that had been dabbling in the forbidden but lucrative illicit drug business rather than the Mob's more traditional crimes. Because it was a controversial business for the LCN, there was turmoil and treachery within the families, resulting in some of the LCN members, who felt in danger of mob executions, to cooperate with the FBI. Agent Gandolfo was able to interact with several of these individuals, and even minister to some of them. He knew that God had put him in certain unique positions on the earth to be able to make a difference in this way.

After retiring from the FBI, Dr. Gandolfo became a full-time senior pastor. At the time of his installation at the Trinity Tabernacle, he was interviewed by various representatives of the news media. Dr. Gandolfo vividly remembers telling them that he felt like he had been promoted, from going after the "bad guys" of society while in the FBI, to combating and exposing the "ultimate bad guy," the enemy of our souls, as part of his pastoral ministry. Rev Dr Gandolfo had dedicated his life to shedding the light of the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ to mankind. He continues to have a desire for justice, and for the forces of good to overcome the darkness of this world. Both the ministry and law enforcement did that for him.

Dr. Gandolfo began his academic pursuits at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City, where he earned an Associate of Arts in 1979. From there, he earned from the State University of New York at Albany, an Associate of Science in 1978 and a Bachelor of Science in 1980. He continued his studies at Long Island University, obtaining a Master of Science in 1982. Ultimately, in 2006, he earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Theology from the International Seminary. Dr. Gandolfo had previously been granted an honorary Doctor of Divinity from the Southern California Graduate School of Theology in 1996. As an evangelical Christian, Dr. Gandolfo was ordained to the ministry by the Christian Church of North America in 1996.

Now, Dr. Gandolfo is not only an accomplished professional, but he is also the author of "Soul Baptism" (2006), and a contributing author of "The Foundations of Faith" (2007). He also held ministerial credentials and served in executive positions within the Christian Church of North America / International Fellowship of Christian Assemblies from 1976 to 2016, where he served as the Assistant District Overseer for the Eastern District from 2000 to 2013, and on the CCNA/IFCA's Executive Board from 1997 to 2014. In addition to law enforcement and ministry, Dr. Gandolfo has a passion for motorcycles and classic cars. He has previously been featured in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Religion, and Who's Who in American Law Enforcement.

In recognition of outstanding contributions to his profession and the Marquis Who's Who community, Lucian J. Gandolfo, Ph.D., has been featured on the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement website. Please visit www.ltachievers.com for more information about this honor.
